Serves 1-2
Combine in blender – ideally vitaminix or heavy duty blender
1/2 avocado
1/2 frozen banana
2 cups fresh kale or spinach
1/3 cup frozen pineapple
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
2-3 cups almond milk
1 tablespoon flax seeds or flax meal
A few sprigs of mint
1 teaspoon lemon juice
THIS IS THE BASE and then can add more frozen organic fruit if you like
For example
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup frozen Mango
